The MS Consultants Team is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and growth for our Cost Segregation Team. We are currently seeking candidates for our Virginia Beach, Virginia or Buffalo, New York offices.

Responsibilities


  • Support MSC’s Partner & Principal Group with their marketing administrative tasks, including but not limited to, tradeshow preparation and tracking, tradeshow attendance both local and out of town, coordinating travel arrangements, prospecting and research, lead tracking and follow up reminders, mail merges, email blasts & More.
  • Work closely with each Partner & Principal to create target lists and proactively have meetings to complete touches and maintain tracking.
  • Work closely with MSC’s Partner Group and The Bonadio Group’s Marketing Segment Manager and provide support when needed.
  • Provide marketing support during annual budget and plan meetings to include but not limited to gathering data, pricing, building out customized CPE campaigns with State CPA Societies, & More.
  • Monitor campaign performance against customer KPIs to ensure goals are met; recommending opportunities for campaign optimization, as needed.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Coordinate and participate in client events.
  • Participate in local organizations for networking opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the year.

Qualifications


Required:


  • A minimum of a bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • A minimum of one year of marketing experience
  • Adobe Photoshop experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $70,000 and is commensurate with experience.

HOURS OF OPERATION:


  • Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday  
  • We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
