One of the key pillars of its Digital Transformation in the set-up of a Central Data Office, headed by a CDO. The Central Data Office team is structured around key areas of capabilities, such as Data Analytics Portfolio, Data Platforms, Data Architecture, Data Literacy and Data Governance. We are looking for a Senior Data Program Manager to complement our Data Portolio team. This senior Data Program Manager will help develop & deliver data use cases in a respective domain working with multiple internal stakeholders both at a technical and functional level.

Your key responsibilities


  • Engage with internal stakeholders from a domain to understand their roadmap and challenges and translate these topics to data use cases
  • Mapping a stakeholder network and translating overlapping requests to bundled activities
  • Categorize and evaluate use case requests in a structured manner so to prioritize the highest value activities first
  • Deliver on data use cases (Gen)AI/ML with support of the subject matter experts and CDO team
  • Represent the CDO organization and expedite the overall data strategy and way of working
  • Support implementation of the enterprise data governance and data management roadmap, building strong partnerships to execute the data strategy
  • Contribute to the standards & practices of the overall use case delivery approach

You will report to the Data Portfolio Lead. Together, you will make a critical contribution to the implementation of the Data Strategy and Digital Transformation journey at NXP. Your profile


To be successful in this role you shall:

  • Have Master degree in Information Technology, AI, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, and 10+ years of experience in the industry or a service company in close relation to data
  • Strong understanding of project delivery aspects with demonstrated experience in dealing in complex environments
  • Knowledge and understanding of data and technology landscape of transactional systems, data management, processes and data analytics consumption
  • Have a strong bias for action, are results-oriented and have a reputation for delivering
  • Have up to date knowledge and best practices on data, analytics, and (Gen)AI and understand the complexities and nuances of bringing concept to application
  • Apart from technical experience you bring functional business experience in one or multiple business functional domains (R&D, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Business Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, ESG)
  • Strong communication skills used to drive change, inspire and guide data related topics, influence business functions to support and engage with the principles of data and analytics
  • Demonstrate interpersonal capacities to collaborate and relate openly with diverse groups of international stakeholders across organizations build strong partnership, maneuver comfortably through complex policies, processes, people related organizational dynamics
  • You are reliable, accountable, a curious and persistent humble team player, proactive, structured, with drive and autonomy. Your hands-on mentality help you achieve results together with the project team
  • Agile/SCRUM Project management experience (including Jira tooling) would be a plus
