About the Position


Reports to: Sr. Director, Solutions Engineering & Data IntelligenceLocation: RemoteWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Solution Engineer to help build, scale, and enhance our customer-facing technical capabilities. This is a pivotal role in our growing team, where you will not only support sales efforts but also play a key part in shaping how we deliver technical solutions that drive customer success. As a Solution Engineer at Bridg, you will leverage your deep understanding of customer data sources and the marketing technology landscape to provide valuable insights, guiding customers to solutions that maximize their investment in our platform.This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong identity and data background to take ownership of the role, influence our sales processes, and contribute directly to our company's growth.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to contribute to closed sales, refine technical sales processes, and ultimately, drive customer value and adoption.

Responsibilities


  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to understand customer requirements, technical needs, and business challenges, offering tailored solutions using the Bridg & Rippl platforms.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations that articulate the value of our product, particularly in the context of the customer’s existing marketing technology stack.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients by positioning Bridg’s solutions as a differentiator in a competitive landscape.
  • Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or process improvements, and communicate these insights to both internal stakeholders and product teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, answering technical questions, providing implementation guidance, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Own the technical aspects of pre-sales engagements, ensuring smooth transitions between sales and onboarding teams.
  • Mentor and train new sales on technical best practices and the Bridg and Rippl platforms, fostering a knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
  • Drive innovation, refining internal processes and developing content and tools to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, solution engineering, or sales engineering role, preferably in the marketing data or technology space.
  • Strong understanding of customer data, marketing technology, and analytics platforms with a focus on customer data and audience optimization.
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take initiative to shape the role and its responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, integrations, and cloud-based environments.
  • Familiarity with the Identity and Retail Media competitive landscape and the ability to position our product in comparison to others in the space.
  • Familiarity with BI tools, APIs, and data integration techniques.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth company where the role has evolved or been built from the ground up.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other querying languages is a plus
