This position is responsible for supporting multiple clients with a variety of accounting and administrative services.
Your Impact:
- Utilizing Dynamics and Sage Intacct for invoice processing including data entry, approval workflows, and payment processing including check and electronic payment file preparation
- Credit card statement processing through Concur, including system input and documentation review
- Utilizing Bank of America CashPro to process wires, make remote deposits, download and organize bank statements to complete bank reconciliations, and process positive pay
- Utilizing ReqLogic and Yooz for invoice data entry, approval workflow and PO processing
- Preparing and recording payroll journal entries using data from ADP to ensure accurate and timely payroll accounting
- Maintaining client files/records
- Tracking and following up on transactions
- Recording journal entries
- Completing vendor credit and other applications as needed
- Requesting completed W9, Certificate of Insurance, and NDA forms from vendors
- Communicating and following up with vendor inquiries
- Gathering data for the processing of vendor 1099s
- Collecting and organizing invoices for annual sales tax returns
- Responding promptly to client’s various requests
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting
What You’ll offer:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Accounts Payable
- Basic understanding of accounting principles including an understanding of how to record adjusting journal entry transactions
- Excellent and accurate data entry skills
- General ledger experience with use of accounts payable sub ledger on a mid-tier general ledger system (Microsoft Dynamics SL (formerly Solomon), Great Plains experience a plus, Sage Intacct, Yooz)
- Ability to identify filing requirements for sales tax
- Detail oriented nature and exceptional organization skills with strong follow-up
The pay range for this position is $76,000 – $114,000 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position.
Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.#LI-onsite
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
