Summary:
Plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Customer Ops, Finance, and other departments. This role is responsible for providing crucial support to our Sales team. The Sales Operations Coordinator also evaluates and enhances procedures to optimize efficiency within the sales domain and handles cross-functional research to remove the need for reps to “chase” information down.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
- 5+ years of related experience required, preferably in biotech or life sciences.
Skills:
- Proficient in SalesForce.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop solutions to complex challenges
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with SAE’s regarding help needed with onboarding efforts
- Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals
- Other job-related duties as assigned and/or as needed
- Support the Sales Operations team in overall initiatives and customer relationship management (CRM) processes including research, presentation, and preparationcus on growing our business
- Strong sales administrative background with the ability to prioritize tasks in a constantly changing environment
- Responsible for supporting the back-office sales functions, removing administration functions from our sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams that will allow Sales to meet customer needs, and drive business growth
- Coordinate, monitor and manage incoming sales leads for prompt evaluation of opportunity and subsequent SAE assignment as needed
- Primary contact for bid and contracts management
- Primary contract for sales collateral and marketing material
- Administer internal deal review process as needed
- Assist with SalesForce.com hygiene, reporting, and change management required to accurate and clear sales funnel

- Frequently required to talk or hear.
- Willing and able to travel overnight as required.
