Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our dynamic team. This critical role focuses on estimating and developing new business opportunities for commercial electrical projects ranging from $150K to $5M. As a key contributor, you’ll play a pivotal role in preconstruction activities, bid preparation, and relationship-building to drive growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Preparation & Estimation: Develop accurate and competitive bids for commercial electrical projects using Acubid, Bluebeam, and Excel.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to secure projects and expand revenue streams.
  • Preconstruction Engagement: Actively participate in preconstruction meetings to ensure seamless project transitions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to support project execution and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on NEC codes, local regulations, and jurisdictional requirements.

Qualifications:Must-Haves:

  • Proven success in electrical estimating within the commercial sector (5+ years).
  • Strong sales acumen with a genuine, relationship-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in estimating software (Acubid, Bluebeam) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NEC and local codes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Compensation: $95K–$125K (DOE)
  • Car Allowance: $500/month plus a gas card.
