Your responsibilities as a Vactor OperatorUsing modern robotic crawler technology, Pro-Pipe East inspects several types of pipe assets — including sewer lines, spillways and manholes — for professional engineering firms, government agencies, large institutional and educational facilities, and in secure environments such as major airports and military installations. Pro-Pipe East strives to achieve a fast turnaround — from project start to final deliverables — without sacrificing quality. Pro-Pipe East’s professionals are capable of performing in-house repairs on the road, preventing project delays should technical issues arise.Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive and operate sewer cleaning pump trucks
- Perform general diagnostic and maintenance to waste systems
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Prepare pre-shift vehicle inspection
- Performs miscellaneous related duties and carry out special projects as assigned
- Overnight Travel may be required.
Requirements/ Qualifications
- Previous experience working with pipelines
- A record of safe vehicle operation
- Possess a clean driving record over the last 3 years and successful completion of a pre-employment background check, including a physical and drug screen
- Valid CDL License with tank endorsement
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time, exempt position.
