Magazine.Position SummaryClient Engagement Managers foster strong client relationships, uncover new business opportunities within existing accounts, and address client needs. We’re seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial individual with outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Job Duties

  • Effectively develop and retain strong client relationships. 
  • Develop account management plans and strategies that outline success factors, metrics for success, potential issues and dependencies.
  • Consistently engage key stakeholders with relevant updates, valuable insights, and serve as a conduit between the client and Forcura Product Teams.
  • Conduct client facing presentations that demonstrate the value and ROI of Forcura.
  • Identify revenue uplift opportunities amongst managed clients and collaborate with the Sales Team on execution.
  • Become an expert on the industry, healthcare technology landscape and the solutions Forcura provides.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Support, Sales, Product, and Implementation.
  • All other job related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or related concentration
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client facing service or sales role, preferably in a SaaS based organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to respond effectively to challenges and escalations presented by clients
  • Ability to build relationships effectively with client’s senior-level executives
  • Solve complex problems and manage multiple projects, simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Professional experience in a consultative role
  • Willingness to wear many hats within the organization
  • Technology or SaaS experience a plus
  • Post Acute healthcare experience a plus

  • This position is in an office environment and uses a computer and other office equipment needed to perform duties.  The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.  Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
