Complete Network is looking for a client site service technician with an Associates or Bachelors degree in computer science or IT and two to five years of experience. This is a level 1-2 support desk position troubleshooting a variety of desktop support issues onsite one of our top clients in Charlotte. The candidate must have strong technical and communication skills. Day-to-day duties will include remote and on-site technical support for our customers. Candidate must have an entrepreneurial attitude and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
