Created in 2008, we have +200 Enterprise Clients and deliver solutions across the globe (+100 countries).Role As the Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO and the COO, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting key projects, and driving strategic priorities. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional teams, analyzing market opportunities, and supporting go-to-market strategies.This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 2–3 years of experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for scaling high-growth startups.SightCall is the leader in visual assistance for global enterprises.
Our unique platform is tailored for enterprise service organizations, combining AR-enabled live video, digital process automation, and multimodal generative AI. This powerful combination is designed to elevate the quality and efficiency of customer and field service experiences, enabling clearer communication and faster problem-solving.The position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France and offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week in the office).What you’ll be doing:
- Strategic Support:
- Work closely with the CEO and COO to prioritize, plan, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Act as a sounding board for ideas and decisions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline processes and workflows across teams to improve productivity.
- Prepare and manage meeting agendas, follow-ups, and reporting for leadership and board meetings.
- Sales Enablement & Strategy:
- Collaborate with global sales teams to develop and execute revenue growth strategies.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support customer acquisition efforts in our global markets, including market research and competitive analysis.
- Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Serve as a bridge between departments (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and Product) to ensure alignment on key priorities.
- Drive accountability for team deliverables and timelines.
- Market Insights & Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations to guide business development and product strategy.
- Communications:
- Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO or COO.
- Assist in the creation of investor updates, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in SaaS, management consulting, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Education: Master degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, CRM platforms (SFDC), and data visualization tools.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales strategies and metrics, with the ability to contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. French and English, additional languages is a plus
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
