About the Role
We are seeking a Customer-Centric individual to join our Customer Success team at Avidbots. As a key player on our team, you will collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to perform all administrative functions relating to post-sale order requests while maintaining the quality of data in customer orders and accounting systems.How you will make a difference: ● Work with sales, field service and customer success teams to provide order quotations for post-sale requests● Drive annual renewal of software subscriptions for assigned accounts as well as continuously evaluate and suggest revenue opportunities for consumable products● Support client meetings to review subscription renewals and service plans as requested● Maintain organized record keeping in Salesforce of all client agreements, sales opportunities and related purchase orders● Support the Customer Success team in creating PowerPoint presentations to review the health of customer accounts and leveraging data from various operational applications.● Maintain product knowledge while understanding customers' needs Key Skills and Qualifications● 2+ years of experience in a Sales and/or Customer Success role, preferably in the sales or tech industry ● Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM ● Experience using Epicor or similar ERP software. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Data-Driven and analytical ● Bilingual/English advanced level is required Nice to Have: ● Experience identifying renewal or sales support opportunities ● Technical background in customer service.
