As a Senior Software Architect at Euna Solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and architecture of our software. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design scalable and secure solutions, define architectural standards, and ensure alignment between technology and business goals. They work closely with engineering leadership to assess technical risks and opportunities, propose actionable solutions, and mentor development teams to ensure alignment with architectural principles. Through their vision and guidance, Software Architects help shape the future of Euna’s platform and drive impactful outcomes for our customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications for government agencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, system integrations, and product roadmaps.
- Lead the selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support business goals.
- Ensure the implementation of secure and compliant software solutions, adhering security standards including SOC2 and PCI.
- Guide engineering teams on best practices for SaaS development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to evaluate their potential integration into the company's offerings.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Provide technical leadership in resolving complex architectural challenges.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a software architect with a focus on SaaS products, preferably in the government or public sector.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, PHP, JavaScript) and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with API development, integration patterns, and secure data exchange protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design for performance and scalability.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Bonus:
- Experience with AI/ML integration in SaaS applications.
- Background in DevSecOps practices and security-first architectures.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
- Experience in implementing identity management and access control systems for government applications.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and their integration into SaaS ecosystems.
- Experience with Python/PHP
