It is our mission to bring heavy equipment within reach for anyone, anywhere, anytime.The OpportunityThe Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at engaging, retaining, and nurturing customers throughout their lifecycle.
This role involves leveraging data insights to create personalized and effective marketing campaigns that drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.On a Typical Day, You Will:
- Design and implement end-to-end marketing strategies across various channels (email, SMS and social etc.).
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to deliver targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Design, build, and deploy a variety of campaigns and automated flows (such as welcome sequences, abandoned cart sequences & post-purchase engagement, loyalty, & retention sequences) that meet business and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and build an effective lifecycle marketing program across email and SMS
- Implement testing & optimization opportunities including A/B or multivariate testing on email and SMS campaigns for maximum click-through and conversions
- Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., Knak, Marketo, Salesforce) to streamline campaign execution.
- Oversee day-to-day email campaign execution, including content development, set-up, segmentation, scheduling, testing, tagging, deployment, and reporting/analytics
- Monitor and report on key lifecycle marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement strategies for customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in lifecycle and retention marketing.
Who Are You?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or retention marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Knak, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization tactics.
