We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Marketing Strategist with a passion for crafting strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role will focus on developing and executing persona-based campaigns for specific products and verticals, creating compelling messaging and content that resonates across the buyer's journey.
As part of a highly collaborative team within a large, matrixed organization, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of demand generation techniques, including audience segmentation, channel strategy, and campaign optimization. This role also requires the ability to create email and call cadences, write and refine marketing assets, and collaborate across remote teams to deliver impactful results.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns tailored to specific sales goals and pipeline objectives.
- Create persona-based messaging and campaign strategies that effectively address pain points and motivations at each stage of the buyer’s journey.
- Write and refine campaign content, including email cadences, call scripts, and marketing assets that align with campaign goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Industry Principals to deeply understand product positioning, features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Build and present comprehensive campaign plans that include audience segmentation, channel strategies, content outlines, budget allocation, and performance metrics.
- Partner with creative, digital, and paid media teams to develop high-quality campaign deliverables.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, optimize tactics, and improve future results.
- Ensure alignment with sales teams by collaborating on messaging, audience targeting, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for your campaigns, providing strategic direction and facilitating collaboration across teams.
- Maintain campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation; multifamily industry knowledge is a plus.
- Industry experience with B2B, SaaS, or subscription-based technology companies.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Expertise in persona-based marketing and creating content strategies that align with the buyer’s journey.
- Proven ability to write and refine email cadences, call scripts, and other marketing assets.
- Strong understanding of demand generation techniques, including audience segmentation, channel optimization, and campaign performance analysis.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and technologies, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making, testing, and reporting.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to present results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, matrixed environment.
- Collaborative and relationship-oriented, with proven success in fostering alignment across teams.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Familiarity with multifamily housing or real estate-related industries.
- Experience in executing innovative marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
