Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Account Manager II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of our digital marketing products. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them to achieve their digital marketing objectives and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and develop tailored digital marketing strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver desired results.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing solutions.
- Address client queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or account management, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in digital marketing or related fields.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
