Role and Responsibilities
·Oversee office leases and manage expansion projects for Radian Mexico, including lease negotiations, renewals, and compliance with local regulations. Support general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a productive work environment.
·Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support international office needs.
·Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
·Serve as a point of contact in case of emergencies, coordinating responses and ensuring employee safety.
·Support U.S. team travel to Guadalajara office including, hotel bookings, venue rentals, and team outings.
·Support group events for Radian travel within the U.S. including, hotel bookings, venue rentals, and team outings.
·Support Radian International and Operations with corporate initiatives.
Required Qualification & Education
·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
·Experience in administrative or support role specifically supporting multiple teams and departments
·Strong written, verbal communication, with experience drafting professional correspondence with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
·Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Experience Required:
·Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an operations or coordination role
Experience Preferred
·Renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, or operations roles

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
