ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1.Provide administrative support to the compliance team by managing files, updating compliance documentation, and creating reports.2.Support monthly compliance reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.3.Support monthly compliance cost model updates and coordination with accounting.4.Perform evidence file audits, analysis, and updates.5.Assist in maintaining and developing policies and procedures.6.File and maintain evidence files in a timely manner.7.Attend weekly planning session (coordination/time zones to be determined).8.Manage administrative functions including data entry, report creation, and procedure updates.9.Assist managers in the development of relevant updates to existing documentation.10.Maintain all electronic files, reports, filed documents, etc.

related to compliance activities.11.Monitor compliance activities at regulatory agencies, inform managers, directors, and business units of compliance activities, and conduct benchmarking research on best practices.12.Provide oversight, analysis, and guidance to employees and/or business units.13.Perform spot checks of business unit controls, analyze and present results.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE


1.Have a strong understanding of electrical systems and components. 2.Proficient in reading and interpreting Single Line Diagrams (SLD).3.Familiar with the relevant IS (Indian Standards) codes for electrical equipment testing.4.Familiarity with project agreements & material terms.5.Experience with regulatory compliance or other reporting.6.Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation.7.Ability to edit and create documentation accurately and concisely.8.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION


1.B.E or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution with 3 years of administration internal controls work-related experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


1.Familiar with electrical codes, standards, and regulations2.Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.3.Understanding of solar energy systems, components, and functionality is an added advantage4.Knowledge of electrical testing procedures (e.g., insulation resistance, earth resistance, continuity testing).

PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


1.Expertise in MS Office and Adobe suite of products.2.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).3.Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

ADDITIONAL NOTES


1.Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.
