ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in reviewing and analyzing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
support the preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation and records to be loaded into Radian Digital
Conduct initial reviews of contract modifications and amendments.
Provide administrative support to the Implementation team, including data entry and other Ad hoc support.
Participate in Implementation training sessions and workshops.
Communicate with internal departments to gather necessary information for Implementation purposes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION

B.E or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution with 2 years of related experience.
Renewal Energy (Solar) Experience preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
Focused interest in reading contracts
Understanding of solar energy systems is an added advantage
Able to follow written and verbal directions
Attention to detail
Able to work as part of a team

REQUIRED SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Expertise in MS Office MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe PDF toolsets
Basic knowledge in Implementation specific tool sets

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in Implementation
Experience with a U.S. based company
