What you’ll be doing:


The Senior Contracts Administrator will assist the Contract Administration team with tasks related to end user agreements.

  • Frontline support to sales team for general inquiries
  • Attend negotiation conference calls with Lead Negotiator or Director
  • Prepare redlines from conference calls or written requests for approval
  • Create any special language requirements for approval
  • Prepare Contract Modification Forms for management approval
  • Validate and process requests for amendments to, or extensions of, existing contracts
  • Manage Vendor Certification requirements for state, federal, international and individual clients
  • Manage Business License certifications including follow up with management and individuals
  • Assemble, validate and process subcontractor agreements

Who you’ll work with:


  • Account Managers
  • Contract Administration team members including: Contract Administrators, Lead Negotiator and Directors
  • Intermediate level internal management (managers and directors)
  • Intermediate level external management (managers and directors)

What you bring to the table:


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years of experience in business law
  • Experience managing contracts required
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership
  • Contribute to a positive work environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to set priorities effectively
  • Ability to handle interruptions well and move between tasks with ease
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to make administrative judgements
  • Strong business, contract, and legal writing skills
  • Knowledge of intellectual property laws, guidelines, and policies

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
