The HRIS Analyst will play a vital role in supporting our growing organization by ensuring our HR systems are efficient, accurate, and aligned with our business goals. This is a high-impact position that requires strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- System Administration:
- Manage and maintain our HR systems (e.g., UltiPro preferred, but not required).
- Configure, test, and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
- Integration Management:
- Oversee and maintain integrations with payroll, benefits, and other HR systems.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data flow.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide excellent customer service to HR and other departments.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Project Management:
- Participate in HRIS projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (UltiPro or UKG experience highly preferred, but not required).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
