What’s The Role About:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Systems & Data Analyst to provide first-level technical support, maintain system administration, and manage data processing and integrations. This role bridges IT support and data management, ensuring smooth operations, accurate data handling, and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize processes and systems.

Some qualifications and skills we need you to have:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, data management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with IT concepts, system administration, and basic data processing.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL is required.
- Python knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint is required.
- Experience with diagramming applications like Visio or Lucidchart is a plus.
- Strong emphasis on data analytics rather than IT-focused skills.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications (e.g., Office 365).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) and iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato).
- Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Excel) and visualization platforms (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- Basic knowledge of IAM and MDM tools (e.g., JumpCloud).
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude.
