What You’ll Do
As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and go-to partner for our retail clients. Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high retention rate and strong satisfaction (NPS) scores.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive consumer engagement and success for retailers, both online and in-store.
- Conduct monthly website reviews, train clients on tools, and provide actionable insights to improve their digital presence.
- Lead webinars, conference calls, and proactive outreach to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Collaborate across teams to meet client needs and share feedback to help us continually improve our products.
- Identify opportunities for clients to adopt additional tools, enhancing their overall success.
