Etz Hayim owns and operates the brands Cycling Frog and Lazarus Naturals, as well as a sprawling operation that spans from farming over 300 acres of hemp, extraction, chemical processing, packaging and warehousing to support both brands and private label customers.Lazarus Naturals was founded in 2016 to provide safe and accessible CBD products for everyone who would benefit from them, regardless of their financial situation and ability to pay, which is why we provide a 60% Assistance Program to veterans and people with disabilities or low-incomes.

We are on a mission to make THC convenient, affordable, and fun by making a sessionable THC beverage the same price as a beer or soda. We want to change the way THC is consumed and viewed by our society by focusing on lower potency, ready to drink beverages that can easily fit into anyone’s lifestyle.

Under the Federal Farm Bill it is legal to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 states via the internet, and anywhere you can grab a beer.This role will be based in Seattle WAReports To: Director of Sales, DSDSummary: Etz Hayim is looking to employ a Sales Coordinator to help organize and support the department as we continue to grow rapidly. We are a small, scrappy team and this role will manage existing inboard POs from select clients, coordinate with customers and internal logistics information, and cover all the miscellaneous things that come with being on a small team in Ballard.

Essential Duties


We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will be based in Seattle and will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the overall sales department administration, organization, purchasing, documentation and processes.
  • Manage sales event registration, logistics, budgeting, and coordination. Create, purchase and manage departmental sales materials and other miscellaneous sales department purchases/inventory as needed.
  • Manage all product and sales related documents - from price sheets to product listings - to keep them up to date with accurate and consistent information.
  • Create and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Set up new sales department projects and be able to execute them in a timely manner.
  • Adding new products to the B2B marketplace and coordinating new product launches across internal channels. Maintain and organize our CRM customer information in Hubspot.
  • Manage system setup and order entry for distribution and other key accounts.
  • Responsible for ensuring all resale certificates and business documents for resellers are properly uploaded and maintained for both brands.
  • Help organize and execute the beverage tasting program for our retail partners.
  • Manage files in Brandfolder for both brands to ensure distributors and resellers have all the supporting documents, artworks and files they need to be successful.
  • Directing customer feedback to applicable parties within the organization. Partner with the sales team to determine how to improve processes and drive optimal customer experience.
  • Manage customer communications regarding LTL/FTL logistics and tracking. Update tracking information in Shopify.
  • Work with the Financial team to keep client balances and expectations up to date, as well as assisting with customer credit applications.
  • Oversee the sales team office space, ensuring optimal workflow, workspace, office supplies and other details are in order to support the team.
  • Answer customer inquiries and function as secondary points of contact for sales teams as needed.
  • Participate in conventions and expos, either on site or in office support.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure proper project management and timely results.

Requirements and Skills

  • 3+ years of sales administrative experience required. Marijuana, hemp, or CPG sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or Communications equivalent preferred, or work experience equivalent to 3+ years.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to thrive in a startup environment where one needs to be self-driven, able to figure out the answers on their own and manage themselves.
  • Preferred experience with Brandfolder, Hubspot, Shopify, and Shipstation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google suite, and Power Point
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to pivot to changing priorities.
  • Travel is required.
