We are passionate thinkers, makers, and problem solvers who are responsible for sharing Attentive’s multi-product story. We're looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to help create engaging content that demonstrates how Attentive is revolutionizing the mobile marketing space, and how the world’s leading brands leverage our platform to reach their customers every day. You are deeply passionate about creating content that educates and inspires, love bringing new ideas to the table, and can tap into the cultural zeitgeist to stay relevant on social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and more. Alongside the Senior Social Media Manager and a collaborative, cross-functional marketing and creative team, you'll help shape Attentive’s narrative and foster conversations across major social platforms that amplify Attentive’s mission and build genuine connections with our growing community of marketers and operators at many of the world’s leading brands.

  • Craft engaging, social-first content aligned with marketing, product, and brand goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, product, and partnerships to bring our product and customer stories to life on social 
  • Stay ahead of the curve in our fast-moving industry, harnessing emerging trends and consumer insights to inform content and overall social strategy
  • Plan, maintain, and execute a social calendar to support product launches, company initiatives, industry trends, and audience interests that builds a steady cadence of engaging educational and inspirational content
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and take appropriate actions to continuously improve them
  • Monitor social conversations and brand mentions, identifying opportunities to engage

About You


  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
  • Proven track record of creating engaging, high-performing content across different platforms
  • A voracious consumer of content: social, newsletters, Netflix…you get it. 
  • Comfortable working in social analytics and planning tools like Sprout Social
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Canva, and Google Slides
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and present your ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience and proven success in collaborating across multiple teams including Design, Content, Events, Partnerships, and Employer Brand
  • Exceptional project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proactive strategist and self-starter with the ability to execute on multiple projects and campaigns from beginning to end
