WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟


We are seeking a creative, proactive, and adaptable People Partner in Barcelona, Spain to support our Product Group. In this role you’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer, Head of Analytics, and Head of Design, playing a key part in shaping the team’s success. By bringing strategic expertise, innovative solutions, and proactive leadership to the table, you’ll help define the HR landscape for our Product Group.What matters most to us is your proven ability to deliver results, your willingness to embrace new challenges, and your fresh, innovative approach.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀


  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Product Group, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Lead talent management efforts, including performance management, development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures and manage transitions.
  • Drive employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engagement strategies within the marketing context.
  • Utilize data and analytics to shape HR strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship across the organization, with a focus on enhancing leadership and management skills within the marketing domain.
  • Join the People Partners community to collaborate on vision and strategy while maintaining full autonomy within your dedicated teams.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE đź’Ą


You’ll need:


  • Relevant experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a product-led environment.
  • Strong track record in mentoring and coaching, particularly in building relationships and developing marketing talent.
  • Innovative mindset with experience in rolling out creative HR solutions and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in English, ensuring effective communication and rapport with our diverse teams.
  • Education in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus, but not mandatory. We highly value recent and relevant international training programs or professional development experiences.
