🖤 About the role
What you will do:
- Revamp already existing employee lifecycle processes to serve the needs of our growing teams and ensure that our employees have the best experience possible.
- Own and support employee lifecycle operating processes (eg. pre-boarding, onboarding, relocation support, performance review, off-boarding).
- Provide subject matter expertise for queries on employee lifecycle matters.
- Consistently identify and implement ways to improve the employee journey and experience by engaging with employees and bringing perspective on best practices.
- Monitor important People team metrics, manage employee data, and support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams with a customer-first approach (Finance, HRA, Payroll, IT, People Programs, Workplace Management, People Tech, Recruitment, and Legal).
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment with leaders from other functions.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities; streamline People processes by introducing automation and People technology.
- Create an environment and processes that support the growth and development of teams and people; ensure the maximum realization of employees' potential in achieving the company's goals and their personal goals.
- Be an internal and external champion of Manychat’s values.
🕵️ What we are looking for
- Passionate about crafting an amazing employee experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Self-sufficient, solution-focused attitude with solid leadership skills.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and improving People processes.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluent English is required. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Great communication skills, and a positive mindset.
- Attention to detail and a good sense of taste.

🕑 What to expect
- Introduction. We will discuss your interests and tell you more about the role. The main aim of this step is to see if we are a good match (30 minutes).
- Conversation with your manager, Employee Lifecycle Lead. You will discuss your experience and learn more about our company (1-1.5 hours).
- Cultural fit interview with peers and leaders from other functions. We will discuss your interests and motivation and tell you about ManyChat culture (1-1.5 hours).
- Conversation with our Head of People Operations. We will discuss your experience and tell you more about our company (approx. 1 hour).
