About the Internship:
The Intern will work closely with the International HR to identify recruitment sourcing solutions to operational business needs, whilst helping to define and implement a direct sourcing model in conjunction with that of Digital.ai’s presence globally.You will support the team across 6 different regions by developing strong internal relationships. This role will help drive the Talent pipeline agenda throughout the region.
- Leading on recruitment and selection collaborating with the global Talent function
- to include, where appropriate, sourcing of candidates through various advertising channels, interviewing and management of the offer process.
- Supporting managers ensuring that they have sufficient knowledge to implement annual recruitment objectives
- Whilst This is a Technical recruitment role, you will be encouraged to support to the wider talent and HR function by providing insight into local markets and supporting the wider international team as necessary.
- Identifying regional specific hiring requirements, build a strong talent pipeline, working with key partners to support interpersonal planning for Digital.ai’s employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Can be trusted to handle confidential and proprietary information
