People Services Delivery Intern


Why We Have This Role


This application will be utilized to hire for two distinct intern opportunities:

  • Immediate Full-Time Internship: Offering 30-40 hours per week with the potential for future conversion to a full-time employee (FTE). The ideal candidate is expected to graduate soon and should be able to work full-time while completing part-time academic studies.
  • Full-Time Summer Internship: Offering three intern positions for a 10-12 week summer internship. The ideal candidate is preparing to enter their senior year of undergraduate studies and is available to work full-time from June through August.
  • As a People Services Delivery Intern, you will play an essential role in our People team. Your work will involve supporting various People Team operations and projects, such as data management, onboarding, process administration, employee listening, and tooling support to enhance the overall employee experience. Our People Services Delivery team is the engine that drives our employee experience, and this is a pivotal role in ensuring our workforce is empowered, supported, and engaged.

Whether it's optimizing onboarding processes or spearheading employee data audits, you bring enthusiasm and creativity to everything you do.

    Things You'll Do


    • Execute the administrative aspects of HR processes like onboarding, mobility, and others, ensuring accuracy, consistency, satisfaction, and compliance.
    • Design & deploy best-in-class listening programs on the Qualtrics platform, analyze employee feedback, and report these insights to senior HR leaders.
    • Maintain and update employee information across people-related systems with precision and accuracy. Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of information and integrity of our data.
    • Provide direct employee support through HR portals, assisting users with questions and technical issues and encouraging self-service through our tools and resources. Support the use of HR systems, employing super-user skills to assist with basic issues.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather feedback and recommend improvements to various people processes. Participate in identifying opportunities for process enhancements and suggest minor improvements.
    • Develop and maintain robust documentation and help pages as directed.

    What We're Looking For On Your Resume


    • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Self-starter willing to navigate ambiguity and show proactivity in pursuing project objectives.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets
    • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is a plus but not required
    • Prior experience in HR internships or related roles is preferred but not required
    • Prior experience using the Qualtrics platform is helpful, but definitely not required — you will learn these skills on the job
