As a Backend Software Engineer at Bitrise, you will contribute to building and improving the core services that power our CI/CD platform. You’ll work closely with your team to develop scalable and reliable systems, ensuring that our platform meets the needs of our users around the world. Your work will directly impact our customers by improving build speed, reliability, and scalability.

The gross monthly salary range for this position is 1,275,000-1,650,000 HUF.

As a Backend Software Engineer you will
- Develop and maintain build-orchestration and build-scheduling related backend services.
- Plan and deliver smaller tasks independently.
- Contribute to designing scalable solutions that handle high volume of requests efficiently.
- Follow DevOps principles to drive efficient and scalable solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations and proactively address system bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Your ExperienceMust-Haves:
- Passion for backend development and problem-solving.
- 1-3 years of experience with at least one backend programming language (Go, Java, Python, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- A strong desire for continuous learning and improvement, ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Go and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or DataDog.
