Community and Customer Enablement Manager

The Community and Customer Enablement Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Resources for Humans (RfH) community and manage the administration of Lattice University (Lattice U). This role blends operational excellence with customer enablement support and strategic contributions to foster engagement and success. You will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of community initiatives and impactful customer enablement programs.

What You Will Do


  • RfH Community Management:
    • Act as the primary contact for community members, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive space
    • Moderate discussions, uphold the Code of Conduct, and promote meaningful engagement
    • Foster connections by amplifying member contributions and initiating conversations

  • Lattice University Administration:
    • Administer Lattice U, including content and platform updates, user enrollment, and communications.
    • Collaborate with teams to enhance course offerings based on customer feedback.
    • Ensure timely updates and smooth operations of Lattice U programs.

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Track and report metrics to measure the impact of community and customer enablement efforts.
    • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for community and customer enablement programs.

  • Content and Customer Event Coordination:
    • Plan and distribute newsletters, event announcements, and community updates.
    • Organize and execute virtual and in-person events, managing logistics and feedback.
    • Support marketing efforts by aligning community and customer enablement communications with broader goals.

    What You Will Bring to the Table


    • 3-5 years of experience in community management or customer enablement
    • Passion for customer advocacy and creating exceptional experiences for community members
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a track record of engaging diverse stakeholder groups
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
    • Experience with analytics tools to track engagement and measure program success.
    • Ability to contribute to strategic initiatives while executing day-to-day responsibilities effectively

    Preferred Skills

    • Familiarity with the HR and HR-tech spaces 
    • Experience with design tools and event planning.

    The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $101,000 - $126,000.
