Senior Recruiter to join our People team. This is a unique opportunity to lead our recruitment efforts and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. As a Senior Recruiter at Bitrise, you are going to have end to end ownership of our recruitment processes across all parts of the business from Engineering to Sales. You would be a strategic recruitment advisor to the team and to our stakeholders ensuring continuous improvement on how we do recruitment at Bitrise.As a Senior Recruiter at Bitrise you will be in charge ofRecruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams, managing end to end recruitment across all lines of business
- Track and administrate the full hiring process in our ATS from the application to closing the candidate
- Execute on our recruitment strategy by identifying and sourcing the best talent for our open positions, conducting CV screenings, interviews and offer management
- Manage candidate engagement and motivation, maintain our excellent candidate experience during the selection process
- Manage the processes above with high level of compliance, in accordance with GDPR regulations
Business Partnering:
- Coach and support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies
- Participate in employer branding- and other cross-functional projects
- Manage internal and external recruiting platforms, agencies and other relevant providers
- Proactively seek out industry information and best practices, continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience with driving new initiatives
- Work closely together with the People Team in any hiring related projects
A bit about you
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Hungarian
- Ability to challenge the status quo, bring new ideas to our team and Bitrise
