The Role
We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Field Marketing Associate to join the Field Marketing team in EMEA. The primary responsibility for this role will be executing events across the EMEA regions and helping the Field Marketing team to generate engagement and leads within our target accounts.You will need to leverage your expertise to manage and execute the event program, to maximise the return on the investments made. This role is crucial as it directly impacts the company's ability to connect with target audiences, generate leads, and drive sales through well-executed events.
You will get to work on a variety of events from large sponsored third party events, small roundtables to seminars with 50-60 people. We are continually aiming to evolve and improve the events we run, your feedback and input will be vital to the continued development of the program. To be eligible for this role, you must be based in London and will be expected to go into our office on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.
You Will
- Execute the event program working with the Sales and Field Marketing on the selection of events and recommendations of sponsorship levels.
- Plan, coordinate and execute regional events such as conferences, webinars and roundtables.
- Manage event logistics including (but not limited to) venue selection, swag, prize draws and promotional materials.
- Work with the design team to create event collateral such as banners, handouts and social media assets.
- Manage the relationship with our event related vendors, such as the swag vendor.
- Coordinate pre and post event activities including social media strategy, lead capture, upload and follow ups.
- Manage program spend and own campaign ROI tracking and development, sharing results and recommendations with the wider marketing team.
- Conduct regular analysis to stay ahead of trends in event marketing, identifying new event types or engagement models being used by competitors.
The Expectations
In your first 30 days, you will familiarise yourself with the EMEA events plan, working with Field Marketing to understand the goals, pipeline needs and target accounts. We believe that it's important for you to take this first month to become familiar with our sales team, technology and our company.After 3 months, you'll be fully integrated into the team. You will have started to execute the Field marketing events and will be working closely with the regional go to market teams.
You Have:
- 1-2 years of field marketing experience with 2-4 years of total experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and event management platforms.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
