Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:
- Acting as CEO for the release of core AI systems
- Analyzing the process and needs from intralogistics & warehouse professionals
- Exploring with AI researchers what VLMs, VLAs and LLMs can bring to the table
- Prioritizing the development of vision-based features for customers
- Defining target metrics for the performance of our AI systems
- Leading the team through crunch times deciding on why and when to run the extra mile
What skills we’d like you to have:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategic/Management Consulting, General Management or other role mixing strategic, tactical decision-making with technical implementations for real customers
- You have shipped a product. You know what it takes to make a number of decisions regarding scope, priority, resources and push towards a deadline
- Tech addict. You have an excellent understanding of recent AI technologies and their potential
- Strong leadership potential. You know that leading means getting everyone onboard
- Experience in intralogistics, warehouses or other production environments is a strong plus.
- Fluent communication in English
What should you expect once you apply?
- 30 minutes call with a Recruiter
- 45 minutes Hiring Manager interview
- Homework - Half a day of work to prepare before presenting onsite.
- Onsites - half a day of presentation, interviews & discussions at the office, including showcase of robots
- We make the final decision after max. 2-3 days after onsite interview
