🚀 About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis to cover for maternity leave. This role focuses on technical hiring in Israel and Portugal, with the potential for a full-time role in the future. Global experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on thinking outside the box, has a proactive and "can-do" attitude, and deeply understands the dynamic nature of recruitment in a fast-paced organization. This role focuses on technical hiring and requires prior experience in recruiting top technical talent.
🎯 Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
Technical Hiring:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions in Israel and Portugal.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Sourcing:- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Interview Coordination:- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Collaboration:- Partner with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
- Collaborate with the global talent acquisition team to share best practices and leverage resources.
Market Insights:- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Documentation and Reporting:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate and present recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting in Israel; global experience is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Creative with a “Can do” approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
