Salesforce Developer


About the role:


  • This position will report directly to the Salesforce Architect.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to support our business objectives and enhance internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Great opportunity to provide solutions at scale to real teams and real customers, using the best available technology and services.

Day to day:


  • Develop and customize Salesforce features, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configurations.
  • Implement and modify Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and web services.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, sales, and product teams.

What you bring to the table:


  • Self-driven and organized
  • Strong developer skills
  • Willingness to accomplish large and small projects
  • Ability to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements
  • 3+ years of experience

It would be great if you also had:


  • Experience Cloud/Communities design experience
  • Integration experience with proprietary and 3rd party tools
  • Service Cloud and case management experience
  • Five9 or other telephony system experience
