We are a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in Prime Services for digital assets, with a strong focus on institutional crypto lending. Our innovative platform bridges the gap between traditional finance and digital assets, providing seamless and cutting-edge solutions for institutional clients. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to play a key role in shaping the future of our platform and driving technical excellence.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be integral in designing, implementing, and maintaining intuitive and scalable user interfaces for our platform. Beyond coding, you will serve as a technical leader, collaborating on strategic decisions to ensure our frontend architecture is robust, modern, and efficient. Your contributions will directly impact the evolution of the platform and its user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated, responsive user interfaces using TypeScript, React (Hooks), React Query, and Vite.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver a seamless, visually appealing experience.
- Drive architectural decisions for the frontend, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Serve as a mentor and technical advisor to the engineering team, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and frontend development.
- Align the frontend roadmap with business and technical objectives, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth integration with APIs and blockchain systems to facilitate reliable and efficient data flows.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance optimizations to uphold high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- In-depth experience with monorepos (e.g., Nx, Lerna, Turborepo) and microfrontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation, Single-SPA).
- Proven track record in designing and building user-centric, scalable, and high-performance web interfaces.
- Experience working with blockchain technologies or digital asset platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of system design and the ability to engage in high-level architecture discussions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, focused on delivering impactful results.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
