About the role
At Foxglove, we’re on a mission to empower the next wave of robotics innovation by providing developers with cutting-edge tools to build, test, and deploy advanced robotic systems. The automotive industry represents a key area of growth for Foxglove, as companies developing autonomous and advanced systems seek better tools to manage data, enhance debugging workflows, and accelerate their development pipelines.As one of the early members of our sales team, you’ll help drive our expansion in the automotive sector by identifying and building relationships with key players, managing the full sales lifecycle, and delivering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
You’ll collaborate closely with our CEO and Sales Engineers to align Foxglove’s platform with customer needs and demonstrate its value in transforming how robotics systems are built.This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Foxglove and make a significant impact in the evolving automotive robotics space.
Location
We’re a small, fully remote, global company with team members primarily in the U.S. and Australia. We maintain Pacific Time hours and hire within ±4 hours of U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration.For this position, we're looking for someone located in U.S. Eastern or Central time zones able to travel to customers in Detroit, Boston, Pittsburgh, and Europe.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience in Account Executive or similar role
- Track record of exceeding quota selling bespoke, complex enterprise deals
- Technical background and/or experience selling highly technical products
- Experience and credibility in the automotive industry
- Experience responding to technical RFP/RFIs
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Available to travel up to 50% of the time
- U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
Bonus points
- Experience with robotics and/or autonomous vehicles
- CS or AI background/experience

- For this role we offer $200,000 to $350,000 OTE
