About Our Project
Membrane Labs is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development of our cutting-edge crypto prime services Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. As an integral member of our product development team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of institutional-grade digital asset management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Membrane’s crypto prime services platform.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable product features.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from inception through launch, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and engineering—to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance our products and drive adoption.
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation and technical specifications.
- Prioritize product features and improvements based on business goals, user feedback, and technical considerations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical product management, ideally within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technical products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with API design, SDK development, and building developer-friendly platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crypto trading, derivatives, or lending platforms.
- Knowledge of institutional finance and prime brokerage services.
- Familiarity with custody solutions and settlement networks within the crypto space.
- Previous experience as a software engineer or in a technical role.
- Experience designing and building multi-tenant SaaS applications for institutional business-to-business customers.
- Experience working with modern product management tools such as ProdPad or similar.
