People Analyst
Support the analysis and optimization of people-related data to contribute to strategic and operational decision-making in Human Resources.Responsibilities:
- Administration of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Track working hours in Ruddr and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate payment of hours for contractors.
- Generate regular reports for internal teams and senior leadership.
- Organize and participate in team-building activities to enhance organizational culture.
- Work with HR Tech tools (nice to have) for data analysis and reporting.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize activities of Peoplel.
- Draft, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential communications with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
- Proven experience in data analysis and working with statistical or visualization software.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across organizational levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and advanced Excel skills.
