About the role


At Foxglove, we’re on a mission to empower the next wave of robotics innovation by equipping developers with advanced tools to build, test, and deploy sophisticated robotic systems. With a strong footprint in the robotics and autonomous driving sectors, we’re driving transformative change for companies that need smarter ways to manage data, streamline debugging workflows, and accelerate development pipelines.We're excited to bring on our second Customer Success Engineer, reporting directly to our Head of Sales/Solutions Engineering.

In this role, you’ll take charge of defining and executing customer success strategies—from customer onboarding and change management to proactive communication around feature launches. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring our customers fully leverage the value of Foxglove’s platform while addressing their evolving needs head-on.Our ideal candidate has deep experience in customer success within startup environments and a solid understanding of technical development workflows in the autonomous driving or robotics space. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who thrives in dynamic settings and can communicate effectively with everyone from technical teams to C-level executives, you'd be a great fit.

Location


We’re a small, fully remote, global company with team members primarily in the U.S. and Australia. We maintain Pacific Time hours and hire within ±4 hours of U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration.For this position, we're looking for someone located in U.S. Western or Mountain time zones. 

What we're looking for


  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, specifically in a startup environment
  • Proven ability to interact with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure architecture and design patterns
  • A knack for quickly grasping new technical concepts
  • U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident

Bonus points


  • Experience in the autonomous driving or robotics sector
  • Foxglove super-user
  • Experience leading Customer Success or other customer-facing functions

  • For this role we offer $155k to $180k salary
  • Work remotely
