Development Manager Requirements
- At least 2 years in a production or leadership role within the gaming industry.
- Experience with at least one shipped game, ideally on a console.
- A solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies.

Your daily tasks will include:
- Manage game development projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules based on team estimates.
- Create, prioritize, assign, and oversee tasks to achieve game deliverables.
- Lead and support interdisciplinary teams of artists, designers, and programmers to ensure high-quality work.
- Coordinate cross-discipline collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee game milestones and deliverables, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Anticipate and escalate risks to leadership as early as possible.
