We’re on the lookout for a passionate Application Support Engineer to be part of our vibrant team!
In this engaging role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our cutting-edge applications and ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. You will work closely with users to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and continuously improve application performance.
As an Application Support Engineer, your technical skills will shine as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch support and contribute to our innovative projects. If you love solving problems and improving processes, this might just be the perfect opportunity for you!
This full-time role is located on-site in Piccadilly, Manchester 5 days per week
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- A strong background in application support and troubleshooting, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python.
- An understanding of web applications and their environments.
- Proficiency in working with ticketing systems and documentation.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with users and technical teams effectively.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and enhancing user experiences.
