Your mission:
From day one, you’ll take the lead on:
- Shaping our new space: Oversee the exciting office refurbishment project, ensuring it reflects our bold vision.
- Building the dream team: Play a key role in supporting recruitment and onboarding for our new HQ.
- Creating a seamless workspace: Ensure the office runs like clockwork, handling everything from visitor management to travel bookings.
- Fostering a vibrant culture: Turn our HQ into a buzzing hub of creativity and collaboration.

What you’ll do:
- Be the face of Vix Manchester: warmly welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and energy.
- Keep the wheels turning: oversee office operations, from managing supplies to coordinating meeting rooms and events.
- Collaborate with building management and contractors to keep everything running smoothly.
- Drive compliance: champion health and safety regulations and keep our policies sharp and effective.
- Tackle challenges head-on: solve problems with creativity and initiative, always thinking one step ahead.
