We have a diversity committee that focuses on breaking down barriers, recognizing that our uniqueness is what makes us so successful!The Financial Analyst – Sales & Client Support is a key member of the Greenphire Finance Team.  The position is responsible for supporting the financial aspects of the Greenphire sales & billing process including new statement of work review, change order preparation and review, and client invoicing.  The goal of this position is to improve the client experience by ensuring accurate invoicing and proactive client engagement.

Responsibilities


  • Review and configure new statements of work and change orders in NetSuite to determine client project requirements, generate initial invoices, and create future recurring billings.
  • Contribute to month-end tasks including client admin fees uploads, consolidate and reconcile client pass-through transactions, and other tasks as given.
  • Support customer’s invoicing process through the project’s life cycle, ensuring accuracy, following up on client inquiries, and identifying/implementing improvements.
  • Reconcile life-to-date project activities to generate final invoices, calculate final deposit balances, and effectively close projects.
  • Handle administrative functions, such as entering information into databases, organizing and maintaining files, and providing recurring reports to key stakeholders.
  • Assess processes and identify areas of improvement.
  • Raise issues and roadblocks to senior management as needed for resolution.
  • Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a financial or analytics role.
  • Must have strong Excel skills, including managing large data sets, and updating financial models.
  • Previous experience in NetSuite and Salesforce, is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver accurate work.
  • Ability to clearly document and follow process and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), analytical, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
