Roles in this department focus on optimizing campaign performance, ensuring technical accuracy, and providing operational support for clients and internal teams.
- Technical Operations Specialist: Manages and resolves technical issues related to programmatic advertising platforms, ensuring seamless campaign execution and client experience.
- Salary range $70,000-$80,000
- Client Operations Specialist: Serves as the bridge between clients and internal teams, supporting onboarding, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries.
- Salary range $60,000-$70,000
- Media Manager: Media Manager focuses on managing self serve clients, building geo-fencing and work within a ticketing system
- Salary range $65,000-$75,000
- Campaign Manager: Hands-on execution: campaign tracking, optimizations, and direct management for managed service clients.
- Salary range $65,000-$75,000
Account Management & Strategy
This team drives client relationships and develops strategic plans to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Media Strategist: Designs and implements tailored media strategies to achieve client objectives, leveraging programmatic & omnichannel expertise.
- Salary range $83,000-$100,000
- Account Manager: Serves as the primary client contact, focusing on building long term client relationships and driving results through campaign management and strategic advice.
- Salary range $69,000-$80,000 + uncapped commission
Sales
Our Sales team is responsible for growing revenue by fostering client relationships and closing new business opportunities.
- Account Executive: Engages prospective clients, showcasing Choozle’s solutions, and driving revenue growth through sales excellence.
- Salary range $80,000-$100,000 + uncapped commission
Who You Are

- Depth of experience in programmatic advertising, digital marketing, omni-channel, and DSPs.
- Experience using tools such as, Salesforce, Hubspot, Jira, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Google Analytics, Looker, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc
