About The Role


Coaching by Blinkist is our add-on product offering that’s here to make the best out of self-managed learning and cohort-based coaching. We offer group-based digital learning pathways led by world-class coaches and curated with our top-notch content to meet the special learning needs of our clients.You will be working with the passionate & ambitious Learning Solutions team, a wide network of top-notch coaches and participants with different backgrounds from all around the globe who are hungry to learn and develop themselves.

You will be part of the Delivery team that oversees the overall orchestration and management of our global programs and shapes the learning journeys of our participants.

‼️ Please note this is a 6-month full-time contract.


What You'll Do


  • End-to-end management for our coaching pathways: identify sessions’ slots, manage calendar invites, ensure smooth delivery for all our sessions, own data collection for our pathways
  • Customer support: own all touchpoints with our customers and participants, set up engagement channels and act as a main point of contact, resolve questions & ad-hoc issues
  • Preparation of coaching materials: make sure that micro-sites, coaching decks & feedback surveys are in place and in high-quality
  • Administration of app accesses: make sure that all participants have access to our app
  • Reporting: prepare reports and analyze data to produce insights that will help us improve our offering  
  • Maintenance of our databases: update our coaches, pathways and sessions database
  • Continuous Improvement: proactively come up with improvement ideas on our offering, processes and ways of working
  • Oversee our invoicing

What You're Great At


  • Strong growth mindset and a curiosity for learning
  • Ownership and accountability over your projects with the ability to work asynchronously and autonomously (we are a remote team across Europe)
  • Getting things done, by demonstrating high proactivity with tasks & customer requests 
  • Excellent organization skills coupled with a great deal of flexibility: comfortable with shifting priorities, ambiguity tolerant and able to keep up with a fast-paced (and fun!) environment 
  • Strong customer focus: confidently assist customers and respond to inquiries promptly, consistently, and with a sense of urgency.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work cooperatively with other team members and stakeholders across different time zones, displaying a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for your tasks

What You Bring 


  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably HR, L&D, Client relationship management or Operations (bonus points for Edtech or Coaching)
  • Fluent German speaker
  • Hands-on experience with tools like: G-Suite, MS-Suite, Slack, Notion, Asana 
  • Experience working in a virtual, international environment is a plus
