About the role


The Director of CTV Product Solutions will help to drive PebblePost’s expansion into Programmatic CTV space. Our CTV solution is an expansion of our direct mail channel, built on our industry leading data and software platform. You will focus on incremental performance results for our brand partners helping us establish a strong foothold in the performance CTV space. You will partner with our sales team and guide our brand partners through our Connected Television capabilities. You will shape how we bring measurable TV solutions to brands seeking cross-channel success. This position will report to the SVP, Head of Product.

You will:


  • Gain a deep understanding of our product, positioning and service capabilities
  • Work with our sales teams and interface directly with brand partners to help to drive PebblePost’s CTV sales initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategies for connected TV for our brand partners that will lead to incremental sales performance
  • Coordinate, as needed, with agencies for our brand partners to ensure seamless execution of our CTV campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of our CTV campaigns
  • Evaluate performance in partnership with commercial teams and brand partners
  • Work with product to help develop and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, sales enablement materials, and training
  • Stay up to date on CTV and programmatic trends, platforms, and technologies, ensuring PebblePost remains at the forefront of innovation and providing regular updates to our teams

You have:


  • 5+ years of experience working with programmatic CTV 
  • Experience in AdTech with a focus performance marketing, specifically incremental KPIs like ROAS, CPA and CAC
  • A proven track record in business development success with negotiation, client management and objection handling
  • In-depth knowledge of the Connected TV ecosystem, platforms and technologies
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A deep understanding of how CTV is purchased from client to agency
  • Experience working in start up environments

The salary range is a reasonable estimate based on aggregate data for all US locations. Any offered salary is determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to; candidate location, cost of labor, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology, for example).Salary range: Low: $125,000 - High: $150,000**This position includes a variable compensation component above and beyond the base salary.PebblePost is an equal opportunity employer.
