The Field Marketing team at HashiCorp is a data-driven, fast-paced, collaborative worldwide team. HashiCorp is growing rapidly and expanding our field marketing efforts. The Field Marketing team carries out regional and segment-specific marketing campaigns that help land and move accounts through our sales cycle faster and more effectively. Field Marketing Manager II, LATAM, and Canada will report directly to the East Strategic Field Marketing Team Manager. They will be responsible for building regional and account-based marketing campaigns, weekly reporting on sales metrics, and coordinating contracts and payments.

This role will collaborate closely with sales, growth marketing, corporate programs, and business operations.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)


  • Deliver field marketing activities and programs across the Canadian and LATAM sales regions
  • Work closely with the regional sales leader and sales team to develop quarterly campaigns and events tailored to the immediate needs of local markets and their target accounts.
  • Plan, manage, and execute field marketing campaigns and events across the assigned sales segment
  • Execute geographically focused campaigns and activities focused on shortening the sales cycle for key accounts. Campaigns will include on- and offline tactics and span the entire sales cycle, focused by region, and sometimes by vertical.
  • Plan, manage, and execute 3rd party event sponsorships end to end including all contracts, vendor negotiations, budget management, booth logistics, onsite execution, internal staffing, and all elements that go into event and conference sponsorships.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Field Marketing, Sales, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, PR/Communications, Product Marketing and Design to execute cohesive, multi-touch integrated campaigns around 3rd party, 1:1, 1:few  and 1:many events and programs. 
  • Assist with campaign setup and building of event registration pages in SplashThat
  • Manage contracts with vendors and invoice payments with Accounts Payable
  • Weekly field marketing reporting on assigned sales territories
  • Handle event communication, including outreach templates for sales teams, and invite, reminder, and post-show emails
  • Assist with account-based marketing campaigns, including set-up, swag shipments, and content for email cadences
  • Weekly communications with sales to ensure Salesforce data is accurate and buy-in on marketing programs

What you’ll need (basic qualifications)


  • 3+ years in field marketing
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work closely with a distributed team and collaborate closely across geographically dispersed marketing teams and fields
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and comfortable in a range of environments from a C-level executive dinner to chatting with practitioners at conferences
  • Interested in a fast-paced company with the desire to learn quickly across a constantly evolving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow through on program deliverables
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive, and Excel with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience with Salesforce, Asana, Marketo, Outreach, and SplashThat a plus
  • Spanish Speaker ideal 
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time to Canada and LATAM

What's nice to have (preferred qualifications)


  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a bonus, given the focus on LATAM and Canada.
  • Field marketing experience in B2B software or technology organizations.
  • Comfort with marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, SplashThat) and a knack for quickly learning new software, systems, or tools.
  • Understanding of the LATAM and Canadian markets and their unique business cultures, with the ability to tailor marketing strategies effectively.

This position is remote-friendly, based in the United States. The ideal candidate is based in the East United States region.Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:$114,800—$135,000 USDThe base pay range for this role in California (excluding SF Bay Area), New York (excluding NYC), Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, Washington D.C., or Maryland is:$105,200—$123,800 USDThe base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro), Illinois, Minnesota, or Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:$95,600—$112,500 USD
