Our flagship product is “Carta for Web3”, a platform to automate managing and distributing digital assets (tokens) according to custom logic to incentivize investors and network participants. Role Overview
Magna is seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to drive our product initiatives from idea to launch. In this role, you will be a hybrid product leader – combining strategic thinking and user research instincts with a relentless drive to ship and iterate. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to define what we build and how we build it, ensuring features move swiftly from concept to production. What You’ll Do
Shape the RoadmapWork with leadership to prioritize high-impact features and improvements.Translate user feedback, market insights, and company goals into product specs that everyone can get behind.Own Product Initiatives, Start to FinishDefine Requirements: Turn broad ideas into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.Collaborate Relentlessly: Partner with design for user flows/wireframes and with engineering to discuss feasibility and trade-offs.Execute & Iterate RapidlyManage Sprints: Facilitate stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retros to ensure smooth development cycles.Launch & Learn: Measure feature success with data, user feedback, and stakeholder input. Then optimize, pivot, or double down based on findings.Elevate User ExperienceAdvocate for design-centric thinking and streamline complex crypto operations into intuitive flows.Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback post-launch to keep improving product usability and performance.Foster a Collaborative CultureWork with marketing, support, and sales to ensure new features are well-understood and seamlessly rolled out.Contribute to a culture of openness, feedback, and rapid experimentation, helping Magna stay nimble and innovative.Who You Are
- Product or Maker Background: You might have been a product manager, engineer, or designer—what matters is you’ve shipped real products end-to-end.
- Execution & Ownership: You’re comfortable driving projects in a fast-paced environment, from scoping features to launching on time.
- User Insight & Instincts: Sharp product intuition and user research skills. You understand user pain points deeply and can translate insights into decisive product decisions – yet you know when to stop researching and start building.
- Adaptable & Curious: You enjoy learning new domains (like crypto) and aren’t deterred by ambiguity—you see it as an opportunity to shine.
- Strong Communication: You can translate abstract ideas into clear plans, whether you’re talking to engineers, designers, or non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in cross-functional teams, value diverse perspectives, and believe the best solutions come from open dialogue.
- Domain Experience (Bonus): Background in startups, B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto is a plus. You can navigate ambiguous, rapidly changing industries. Crypto/Web3 interest is optional – we care more about your ability to build great products.
