Our products include the Provider Digitization Suite—HeliumOS and HeliumDoc, Financial Solutions—HeliumCredit and HeliumWallet, and Public Health & Data Partnerships—Public Health and Data Insights.As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation for HeliumDoc and/or our other suite of products. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for this rapidly growing platform. This includes deep diving into user needs (both patients and providers), defining the product vision, and collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver a seamless and impactful appointment booking telemedicine experience.
You will play a key role in exploring and implementing AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HeliumDoc.
- Conduct thorough market research, user analysis (patients and providers), and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and address unmet needs in the telemedicine space.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives and user value.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Product Development & Execution:
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the product team.
Product Launch & Iteration:
- Plan and execute product launches and feature releases, working closely with marketing and sales teams.
- Gather and analyze user feedback (from both patients and providers) to identify areas for improvement and iteration.
- Continuously monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and achieve business goals.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and key performance indicators to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and operations.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners (healthcare providers, clinics, etc.) to gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
Internal Leadership:
- Lead initiatives within the team and domain.
- Have a strong positive impact on the product management practice at Helium Health and seek opportunities to accept more product leadership responsibilities
- Determine the right methods and process for new projects.
- Improve efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm; consider the business impact, ROI, and other implications when making meaningful decisions.
- Provide mentorship to Product Managers to help grow their skills, expertise & knowledge
Product Championship:
- Advise and enable teams across Helium Health; represent Helium Health as a product and domain specialist at industry events/conferences
- Support education sessions.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Product Manager adept at navigating complex technical landscapes and leading teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in product management, with experience in healthcare or telemedicine being a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in developing and executing product strategy and roadmaps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Essential: Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Essential: Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ClickUp.
- Essential: Strong understanding of product metrics and experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, PostHog, and Looker Studio.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of the middle east and GCC market
